"With profound sorrow did the Ukrainian parliament members accept the tragic news concerning numerous casualties in the car accident on Don motor road", the telegram reads.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and himself, Volodymyr Lytvyn conveyed sincere condolences to the bereaved families and wished rapid recovery to the injured.
